This Special Style Award will be given in each of the 4 Young Horse Classes.  It will be simply judged in conjunction of your normal class as a secondary style class. The top 3 judged "Style horses" and riders from each class will be brought into presentations and the overall “Style” winner of each class will win a beautiful trophy rug as well as….a service fee to any available Stallion in the Holsteiner Verband Australia and NZ database to a value of $1200 Euros (approx. 2100 AUD).

Following the normal class presentation Sebastian will sash the top 3 style award horses and then Sebastian will talk to the top 3 style award winners about his selections. At the conclusion of each of these talks Sebastian will also be located up on the deck and will be available to any of the other young horse riders to talk  one to one about his thoughts of your horse. Or also to anyone else who wants to have a chat with him about breeding. 

A little about Sebastian….Since 2011, his expertise has been regularly used by the Brazilian Sport Horse Association, where he was a member of the licensing committee, as a judge for mare registrations and gave lessons. Based on this experience, he took over responsibility for North and South America at the Oldenburg Association in Vechta in 2015. The member support, mare and foal registration belonged to his field of activity. The focus of his work was the development, implementation and establishment of a stallion performance test in North America.

 

Sebastian Rohde grew up with horses, became European pony champion and vice-European champion with the German team in the juniors, can boast numerous successes in difficult courses and carries the golden riding badge. He accompanied some young horses on their way to the great sport, for example he drove Catoki v. Cambridge for the title of Vice Bundeschampion.
