Thanks to Sheraton Phu Quoc Long Beach Resort, Vietnam the GDP Classic are offering you a chance to participate in our fundraiser for our GDP Classic 2024 event.

2 lucky people will each win a 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom Ocean Villa for 4 guests valid for 1 year, inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers, total retail value of approx. USD $2,500 each (approx $3,675 AUD). Will it be you? Well.. you need to be a part of our fundraiser to have a chance.

All will be revealed at the conclusion of the Grand Prix Presentation on Sunday 18th February 2024. Where we will announce who the lucky ones are going on thier on fabulous get away from it all holiday!

This fundraiser is brought to you by the generosity of the 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝘂 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 Who together with the team at GDP are giving back to the sport. All proceeds from this fundraiser will contribute to allow the GDP Classic to build on prizemoney offerings whilst keeping entry fees low for competitors at this coming event and future events.

𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Total Prize Pool is $5000 USD (approx 7350 AUD)
There are 2 prizes offered each being $2500 USD (approx 3675 AUD) *using exchange rates as of 31st December 2023.
Tickets are $20 each and there is a maximum of 750 tickets.
Number of tickets available to purchase per person is unlimited to a maximum of 750.
Tickets sales commence 31st December 2023 and conclude 18th February 2024 at 11am or earlier if all tickets are sold.

Prizes are for a 4 night stay in a 2 bedroom Ocean Villa for 4 guests valid for 1 year with some black out dates, inclusive of breakfast and airport transfers in Vietnam. Airfares and other extras including but not limited to travel insurance, transfers out of Australia etc are not included and are the responsibility of the traveller.

Dates of travel to be within 1 year of prize and will have limitations to travel dates. All dates of travel to be negotiated with the venue directly. Indications of limitations of dates may include some or all of the following
26th Apr - 1st May
30th August - 2nd September
20th December - 7th February

To give an indication of the best times to travel outside of the blackout dates, the resort believes the best weather is between November and March each year.

Prizes are offered in USD currency, Any Australian currencies quoted are based on currency exchange rates as of 31st December 2023 and should be used a guide only.
Prizes are not transferrable for Cash, should a prize winner not be able to travel within the dates specified, they may at the discretion of the resort transfer thier prize to another person, who must work within the same timeframe and dates.
Prizes will not be refunded
Should Prize winners not be in attendance at the fundraiser draw, they will be contacted by both phone and email in the week following to confirm thier winnings.
By entering this fundraiser If you are a Winner, we may request that you consent to us using your name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without compensation should you be the winner you agree to using your image in promotional material for the event and for the supporter 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝘂 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 should they so require.

Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date for the fundraiser. Any variation after that date is beyond our control. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prize(s), which are not specified in the Schedule, are the responsibility of the Winner(s).

Winners to be drawn randomly and notified either in person or via phone or email at the conclusion of the Martin Collins Grand Prix Presentation on Sunday 18th February 2024 at approx 1- 1.30pm.

The fundraiser is wholly purchased online via trybooking, there are no paper tickets being sent out. Please keep your receipt of payment as confirmation of your participation in the fundraiser.

Who can enter … and who can’t. The eligibility requirements for this fundraiser are set out below.

 

Committee Members of GDP Classic Incorporated (and members of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family” means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption) or any other relative living in the same household as the Committee Member.


Entry is open to residents of  New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria only. All purchasers must be aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Fundraiser.


PROTECTED . To the maximum extent permitted by law, GDP Classic Incorporated and 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝘂 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺, their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct, indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prizes or this fundraiser, including loss arising if a Prize or any part of a Prize is unavailable for any reason. Any liability which cannot be excluded by law is limited to the minimum allowable by law. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize. The GDP Classic Incorporated and 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗵𝘂 𝗤𝘂𝗼𝗰 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘁, 𝗩𝗶𝗲𝘁𝗻𝗮𝗺 are not responsible for use of a prize which results in: (a) loss that was not reasonably foreseeable; (b) loss that was not caused by the breach of these Conditions of Entry or by our negligence; (c) business losses (such as lost data, lost profits or business interruptions) or loss suffered by non-consumers; (d) losses caused by factors which could reasonably be considered to be outside our control (such as faults in third-party equipment); and (e) any loss caused, or contributed to, by an entrant’s breach of these Conditions of Entry or an entrant’s negligence. These Terms and Conditions of Entry are governed by the laws of Australia.
